This strength and conditioning program is for those who are looking for a challenge in a team oriented atmosphere and love to be pushed outside of their comfort level. In a safe fun, team environment our coaches will take you on a high energy fitness experience each time you attend. Equipped with kettle bells, suspension trainers, dumbbells, battling ropes and lots of other fun fitness equipment, you and your teammates will experience the ultimate fitness rush. Using a collective programming effort by the Soul.Train. coaching team, workouts are different each day of the week but are designed to change every three weeks. This method will allow you to build on your hard work from the previous week and see the progress. Come sweat, laugh, build strength and burn fat while working towards reaching your full potential!
SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
With a maximum a 4 clients per group, this program is for those that want the benefit of receiving individual attention while still enjoying the energy and camaraderie that you can only get in a group atmosphere. You will get all of the coaching benefits of 1 on 1 personal training through intensive programming and addressing individual needs, while working your way up to mastering the ultimate strength building compound movements such as deadlifts, loaded barbell work, and double Kettlebell complexes.
1 on 1 Personal Training:
This program is about all about YOU. Working with one or several of the Soul.Train. coaching team, you’ll receive individual attention specific to all of your fitness goals. We will work with you around scheduling times that are convenient for you and give you guidance with nutrition and what to do when working out on your own. Space and availability may be limited.
